The Vision - Our Beliefs and Values:

As a Nonprofit and a Non-Government Organization, DISHA-INDIA has consistently strived to become a sustainable and reputable organization in the country. We envision to grow across boundaries with our dedicated efforts in skill development, support, guidance, assurance, donations, philanthropy, and financial assistance to the ones in society who deserve them the most. Most importantly, we intend to serve the poor and the needy, including the senior citizens, as we identify them as the most marginalized in our communities. Our ultimate objective stems from the belief in creating noteworthy change that positively impacts the quality of life of elderly members of our society. Through these acts, we desire to become a symbol of socio-cultural development and community welfare and in turn, inspire change makers who can come together to help in the upliftment of society in their own small ways.

The Mission - What Lies Ahead:

DISHA-INDIA has enthusiastically worked toward the cause of setting up a vocational training centers where school dropouts and girls were trained and skilled, preparing them for their life ahead. However, considering the far-reaching effects of the pandemic in the last two years, especially on the old-age groups who commonly suffer from health complications and comorbidities, DISHA-INDIA intends to propel its actions on the foundation of a renew admission. Going forward, we aim to address the most pertinent issues of today and therefore focus our attention, effort, and energies towards the cause of the upliftment and support for the elderly of our society.
