Development Initiative for Self-Reliance & Human Advancement, abbreviated as DISHA, is a Social, Apolitical, Nonprofit and a Non-Government Development Organization. Established in the year 2004 as DISHA-INDIA, the organization has ushered in development and betterment by tirelessly working towards a passionate attempt to uplift the socially and economically unprivileged in the society. DISHA-INDIA is registered as a Public Charitable Trust.

Since its inception, DISHA-INDIA has been instrumental in inspiring and creating change and empowerment among many verticals. Some of the major projects undertaken by DISH-INDIA are:
