DISHA-INDIA has been granted Tax Exemption under section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961, w.e.f 31-05-2006 and renewed from time to time. Presently the 80G validity has been granted vide unique ID N0. AAATD8267EE20215 from AY 2022-2023 to AY 2026-2027. Therefore, all donations in favor of DISHA-INDIA qualify for tax exemption under Section 80G.
DISHA-INDIA has been has recently been registered under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR -I) by Ministry of Cooperate Affairs for receiving funds from corporate sector of INDIA.
